Where are you located?
Our beautiful flagship store is located at 437 Chapel St, South Yarra VIC 3141.
Where can I park?
There’s limited 1 and 2-hour street parking along Chapel Street as well as in surrounding side streets. There’s also paid parking at The Jam Factory complex, which is a 5 minute walk from the store.
Is there public transport close by?
South Yarra and Prahran train stations are located within a 15-minute walk from our store. Tram stop 48 is the nearest stop to our store, and the 78 tram runs along Chapel Street.
- Please arrive 15 minutes earlier than your appointment time, to allow for any unexpected delays.
- We recommend arriving with a clean, fresh face. However, we can easily remove your sunscreen, skincare and/or makeup when you arrive.
- Please bring any inspirational images if you are looking for a specific look – a photo can speak a million words!
- If attending for a bridal trial, we recommend styling your hair in a similar way to your wedding day, and also wearing a white coloured top. This will let you get a better feel of your overall look for your big day!
As much as we'd love for everything to go to plan, we understand that sometimes things happen where you may no longer be able to attend your appointment.
You can cancel or reschedule your booking via your email confirmation in line with our 24 hour cancellation policy. Alternatively, contact us if you need assistance with your booking.
- Any changes or cancellations that are made within 24 hours of your appointment time are non-refundable. This also applies to no-shows.
- If you'd like to cancel your appointment outside of the 24-hour timeframe, your payment will be fully refunded to the original method of payment.
- In the instance you need to change your appointment to another time or day, you will not incur an additional fee, as long as the changes are made 24 hours or more prior to your booking time.
If you are 15 or more minutes late to your appointment, depending on your chosen service, we may not be able to honour your booking if there is a booking directly after yours.
If we are unable to provide you the service in the timeframe left, then we will need to cancel your booking. All cancellations within the 24-hour cancellation timeframe are not refundable.
You will however still be welcome to take advantage of the 20% discount to shop our range at One Fine Secret on the day of your booking.
