Where are you located?
Our beautiful flagship store is located at 437 Chapel St, South Yarra VIC 3141.
Where can I park?
There’s limited 1 and 2-hour street parking along Chapel Street as well as in surrounding side streets. There’s also paid parking at The Jam Factory complex, which is a 5 minute walk from the store.
Is there public transport close by?
South Yarra and Prahran train stations are located within a 15-minute walk from our store. Tram stop 48 is the nearest stop to our store, and the 78 tram runs along Chapel Street.
- Please arrive a few minutes earlier for your consultation, to allow for any unexpected delays.
- We recommend arriving with a clean face, or with a minimal makeup look to allow your skin expert to see your natural skin texture.
- Please come prepared with any questions or challenge points to make sure you get the most out of your time slot.
To cancel your booking, please contact us at hello@onefines.com, however, Meet the Maker bookings are non-refundable.
You can reschedule for the same event free of charge via the confirmation email pending there is an alternative timeslot available for the same service. If you’re having trouble with your booking or need assistance, you can contact us, and we'll do our best to help you.
If you are late to attend your booking, we may not be able to honour or extend your booking if there is another booking directly after yours.
